FAQs

Most landlord insurance policies exclude damage caused by tenants’ pets. Our tenant pet damage cover is specifically designed to fill this gap.

This cover can be taken out a maximum of 14 days after you purchase one of our landlord insurance policies; it cannot be purchased mid-policy. You must also take out the cover before a tenancy termination is issued. Cover is not available for damage occurring after a notice has been served.

Our policy covers accidental damage to fixtures, fittings, and landlord-owned contents, including chewing, fouling, and plucking.
